About Me
My name is Kim Reynolds, and I am the founder of Elite Notary. This business is more than just a service — it’s a personal mission.
As a mother to an adult son with autism, I have spent years advocating for individuals with mental, physical, and intellectual disabilities. My journey started when my son was young, volunteering on school SEPTA boards and attending CPSE meetings alongside other parents who, like me, wanted the best for their children. Over the years, that advocacy has grown into a lifelong passion for protecting and empowering vulnerable communities.
In my role as a case manager and now a medication manager at a nonprofit organization, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges people face when they’re overwhelmed by paperwork, legal documents, or transportation barriers. Too often, I witness how confusing or inaccessible systems can prevent people from getting the support they deserve. That’s why I started Elite Notary — to bring dependable, compassionate services directly to those who need them most.
I understand how frustrating it can be to rely on others for transportation or help with complicated paperwork. My son will never be able to drive, and as his parent, I live every day hoping that when I’m no longer here, the kindness and care I put out into the world will come back to him. That’s the heart behind everything I do: I treat every client the way I hope someone will one day treat my own child — with patience, respect, and dignity.
